We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be completely happy with your Deux Mers watch. If something isn’t right, we’ll guide you through a fair return process.
Damaged or Defective Items
Notify us at info@deuxmers.net within 48 hours of delivery if your watch arrives damaged or faulty. We’ll respond quickly with a solution. If approved, we’ll cover return shipping and inspect the item free of charge.
Conditions for All Returns
To be eligible, your watch must be unworn and include all original packaging, manuals, and warranty cards. Any alteration by anyone other than Deux Mers or our authorized service providers will void warranty eligibility.
How to Return a Watch
Just email info@deuxmers.net within 48 hours of receipt. We'll respond with next steps. Pack your watch securely—insured and trackable shipping is strongly recommended—and return it within 7 days of approval. Label the package clearly as “watch for return/repair.” Incorrect labeling or undeclared customs items may result in charges that you'll need to cover.
Once we receive the watch, we’ll inspect it. If it meets our return criteria—unworn, undamaged, and complete—we’ll process your exchange or approve a refund after deducting restocking and shipping costs, if applicable.
Liability & Handling
- We’re not liable for in-transit issues like delays or damage caused by carriers.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility—unless we’ve made the error.
- Watch must be securely packed; if it arrives damaged due to poor packaging, we may deduct fees for repair or refurbishment.
