Shipping policy
At Deux Mers, every order will be shipped free of charge—wherever you are. Your new timepiece will carefully pack and leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. For delivery, here’s what you can expect:
- GCC Standard: Delivered in 3–5 business days
- International Standard: Within 5–10 business days
- Worldwide Express: Delivered in 3–5 business days
Keep in mind that these are estimates; factors like your destination or the carrier’s schedule can cause slight delays. Once your package is on the way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes based on local regulations. These are the recipient’s responsibility, and Deux Mers cannot cover them or expedited shipping delays due to customs processing.
